Polarities are interdependent opposites which form a whole. Whether we are single or in a relationship, we all have to negotiate and learn to integrate the polarity of autonomy vs connection.

As single people, we can enjoy our freedom and independence and yet long to have more intimacy and connection. When we are in a relationship,  we may enjoy intimacy and connection but we can feel a yearning for more independence, more freedom.

 At this workshop, we will explore how we can increase our ability to integrate and flow between BOTH poles in this polarity so that we can approach being in relationships with others AND with from a place of wholeness within ourselves. 

The workshop will involve a number of creative, experiential and group work exercises.  We will also incorporate some conscious embodiment techniques which use gentle physcial movements to uncover our reactive patterns and help us discover new and creative ways to live.
